The mid-box market in Central Scotland

Available supply has fallen by 18% year-on-year, reflecting a tightening market

While take-up has remained subdued in 2026, the Central Scotland mid-box market continues to be constrained by a lack of quality supply, particularly for larger units where there is currently no availability above 60,000 sq ft. With the development pipeline focused entirely on smaller units, this imbalance should continue to support prime rental levels.
