Monaco- still the most expensive real estate market in the world.
Monaco remains the most expensive prime residential market in the world with an average price per square metre now at €52,000 says global real estate advisor.
The Monaco IMSEE market report shows that within Monaco itself, the Larvotto district is the most expensive area of Monaco, with an average price of approximately €98,000 per square metre.
The Monaco new build market is booming with more than 100 sales in 2024 with a value of €3.5 billion transacted. -Irene Luke, Partner Savills Monaco
